Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood is an American television host, comedian and performer famous for hosting the popular daytime talk show The Talk. She was born and lived in Little Rock. Sheryl comes from a troubled family. She grew up taking care of her older sister Frankie. Frankie was a polio sufferer. As she grew older, there were many arguments with her mom. Sheryl states that one time her mom cut her father due to his proximity. Sheryl joined up the military right after her graduation from her college. However, her love for comedy was always there. In 1989 she was the first female to make it to the finals of the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. She began her TV profession in the year 1992, when she was a regular performer on the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. She was a guest on Oh Drama! as the host in 2000. In 2011, she's co-hosting the Talk Show. She has also played fictional roles in series like Bulworth Nikki, and Beauty Shop.
