The singer has been awarded numerous times and accolades, including several Top Ten hits, two multi-Platinum album releases, as well as an appearance as mentor on several singing competitions. Four American Music Awards were presented to her. She also received 12 Billboard Music Awards. She earned the honor of two Grammy Awards and three MTV Video Music Awards. She has received 98 nominations to major music awards, and has been presented with seventy awards.
